Tural Gulmammadov
Chief Executive Officer
Tural is a seasoned AI leader with over a decade of experience architecting and deploying machine learning systems. He has led the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agent frameworks at Oracle, contributing to enterprise-level AI innovation.
As an instructor at the Vector Institute and University of Toronto’s joint MLOps program, Tural has played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI talent. His leadership at Mergen AI is grounded in technical depth, strategic foresight, and a strong commitment to real-world AI impact.
Dmytro Babchuk, MsC
Chief Architect
Dmytro brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise application development, with a specialization in the Salesforce ecosystem. Having served in senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Delivery, he combines deep technical expertise with proven delivery leadership.
At Mergen AI, Dmytro is instrumental in translating complex architecture into scalable, enterprise-ready AI platforms that drive measurable business value.
Narmin Guliyeva
Chief Regulatory Officer
Narmin is a global regulatory strategist with extensive experience implementing compliance frameworks across EMEA, China, and India.
Her leadership ensures Mergen AI meets and exceeds regulatory expectations in highly regulated sectors, including the European Union. Narmin’s ability to align compliance with innovation makes her an indispensable partner in delivering responsible, scalable AI solutions.
Arman Abtahi, PhD
Chief Data Scientist
Arman holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of British Columbia and brings a rigorous academic foundation to Mergen AI’s data science initiatives. After completing postdoctoral research, he joined the team as a rising star in applied AI.
Formerly a student in Tural’s MLOps program, Arman now leads key initiatives in model development and data-driven optimization, advancing Mergen AI’s scientific leadership.
